Opus One Gold Corp (TSX-V: OOR) is a mining exploration company focused on discovering high quality gold and base metal deposits strategically located within proven mining camps. Our activities are centered in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt of northwestern Quebec, one of the most prolific gold mining districts in the world. Opus One Gold Corp holds quality assets in the Matagami, Val-d’Or and Chibougamau districts. The Casa-Berardi–Douay-Cameron project area, the core asset of the company, consists of three gold properties (Vezza North, Vezza Extension and Noyell) located along the Casa-Berardi–Douay-Cameron Gold Breaks, a proven sector with strong potential for new gold discoveries and low exploration costs. Our properties are adjacent to the former producer Vezza gold mine and the Noyell property is currently at the definition drilling stage on its Zone 1 gold discovery. Opus One Gold Corp optioned the Fecteau property, located in the active Urban-Barry Greenstone Belt, east of Osisko Mining’s Windfall gold deposit.

Our Team

LOUIS MORIN, CEO AND DIRECTOR

Louis Morin has been active in the financial sector for the past 30 years, holding executive and advisory roles with major Canadian brokerage firms. Before being involved in the financial industry, Mr. Morin was involved in major civil engineering projects, including the James Bay hydro-electric project in Quebec, TransCanada Pipeline and SNC-Lavalin projects in Algeria. Board member of the Quebec Mining Exploration Association, he was also involved in several geochemistry and geophysics projects for the mining exploration industry. More recently, he provided the Corporation with investor relations services.

MICHAEL KINLEY, PRESIDENT, CFO AND DIRECTOR

Michael Kinley received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mount Allison University in 1971 and his Ontario Chartered Accountant designation in 1973. He earned his designation with KPMG, where he spent 20 years (1971-1991), the last 10 as a partner. During the past 20 years, Mr. Kinley has served as an officer and director for a number of public companies listed on the TSX and TSX Venture exchanges.

PIERRE O’DOWD, P. GEO.

M. O’Dowd graduated from the Geology department of the Montreal University in 1978. He has accumulated more than 40 years of experience in mining exploration and development. He has contributed to many discoveries and mine developments projects while working with companies such as Soquem, Falconbridge Copper, Noranda, Breakwater Resources, Cambior as well as junior companies. He has worked in 15 different countries, especially in South America, and is familiar with numerous deposit types such as VMS, mesothermal and epithermal gold and silver, porphyry copper and replacement orebodies, lithium, Iron-Vanadium and coal. Mr. O’Dowd has been vice-president and president of junior companies for many years. He is a member of the Order of Professional Geologist of Quebec and is a Qualified Person under NI 43-101. He has produced or contributed to more than twenty-five NI43-101 technical reports.

CHARLES CHEVRETTE, Independent Director

Me Charles Chevrette is partner within the business law group the McCarthy Tétrault Montreal office. He has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 1993 and enjoys a solid reputation in Quebec in the areas of private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and governance. With in-depth knowledge of the industry and the market as well as proven transactional know-how, Me Chevrette is well acquainted with the Quebec business community. He has first-hand experience with key institutional players and knows the specifics of their business needs. Me Chevrette is strategic advisor to numerous Quebec companies and Canadian legal advisor to multinationals and international investors operating in Canada. His expertise in public policy is sought after, particularly in commercial and financial transactions involving government entities. Before devoting himself to the practice of law, Me Chevrette worked in politics as the Leader of the Official Opposition office in the House of Commons. and in the office of the Premier of Quebec. Me Chevrette is also the author of several books and articles on Quebec and Canadian corporate law.

ANTHONY CROLL, CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

Anthony Croll has been a Vice President at Individual Investment Corporation, a Montreal-based commercial and residential real estate finance company and property management firm, since 2006. From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Croll was a partner at Linear Capital Corporation, a Limited Market Dealer and corporate advisory firm he co-founded in Toronto in 1998. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Croll was a partner at Goodrich Capital Canada, an international M&A advisory firm. He is also currently a director of Castle Resources Inc. (TSX-V: CRI) and Morumbi Resources Inc. (TSX-V: MOC).

PATRICK FERNET, DIRECTOR

Patrick Fernet is a lawyer and graduate of Université de Montreal. He has also successfully completed the Canadian Securities Course and has a business administration diploma from Jean-de-Brébeuf Cegep. Over the past 15 years, he has worked as a legal consultant on business and financial matters for small cap emerging companies, during which time he has acquired broad experience in the legal, accounting and financial sectors. He is also a director, an officer and a member of the audit committee of another public company.
